We can only accept Blackdog Wear products for Return or Exchange if you have purchased them directly from Blackdog Wear.
If you purchased your Blackdog Wear product from another supplier, then you will need to contact that supplier and arrange Return or Exchange through them .
We are happy to accept return items if …
… but you will need to contact Blackdog Wear to let us know why the item is being returned and when we should expect it.
We will need details of when it was purchased (preferably the Invoice Number) and the Name of the purchaser.
We will give you a Return Code (RMA#.....) to be included with your item for easy refund.
If you want to Exchange a product for a different size, or a different product, please contact Blackdog Wear to let us know why the item is being returned and when we should expect it.

The item will need to be returned to Blackdog Wear along with a self addressed prepaid return post satchel (so we can send the exchange to you).
If the Exchange item is more expensive than the original, you will need to supply credit card details (not by email due to security reasons) to pay the difference.
Please keep in mind that the item needs to be unused and in clean saleable condition, and our current design, for us to accept it for return or exchange .

Most Black Dog items are repairable, even if a dog has chewed part of it, but sometimes the time/cost involved may make it not economical – you can send us a picture of the item and the part which needs repair - we can then give you an opinion on its viability for repair and a cost estimate.
Repair items will need to be returned to Black Dog Wear along with a self addressed return post satchel (so we can return the repaired product to you) and you will need to supply credit card details (not by email) to pay the repair cost.
Please keep in mind that all Repair items need to be thoroughly washed and dry before we will attempt to repair them.
If a Repair item is returned unclean, this will delay the repair and we will add an extra washing charge to the repair costs – some items have been returned in a state more akin to “road kill” and it is beyond our commitments to subject our staff and machines to that.
